At the center of my program is the extreme customization you need and, frankly, isn’t really available elsewhere. That’s why this course includes a starting 1-2-1 online session where I will personally assess your fitness level and teach you the correct form to perform the exercises in the video course.

THE SUPERMOM STARTER PACK INCLUDES:

1-2-1 PELVIC FLOOR ASSESSMENT

Two out of three moms, after giving birth, are left with a diastasis recti. This is a condition due to to stomach stretching to make space for your baby. The muscles of your abdomen get so pulled apart that often can’t come back to their original place, leaving moms with a GAP in their stomach. This can cause weakness, flabby tummy and some other unpleasant issues (like weeing all the times or even prolapse!). In our 1-2-1 online session, I will help you assess the state of your diastasis and give you a personalized exercise routine to get your tummy flatter and stronger than ever.

1-2-1 FITNESS ASSESSMENT AND PERSONAL TRAINING

It’s normal to be a bit “rusty” after taking it easy for 9 months…no shame in that! In our 1-2-1 online session, after I’ve assessed your diastasis and pelvic floor, I will gently take you through all the different exercises that are inside the video course, to make sure you can perform them with a safe and effective form. We will gently work with an intensity that is enough to burn fat and build some muscle…but won’t leave you unable to walk! At the end of the session, I will give you directions on which video lessons are appropriate for your fitness level and how to follow the course according to how you did with me.

EXERCISE VIDEO LIBRARY

You’ll get full access to a video library of workouts that range from an easy 20 minute, all the way to an intense 45 minutes full body blast. They are grouped in a progressive manner so that, week by week, you can increase the intensity of your training according to how quickly you progress and how good you feel.

You’ll also find video tutorials with coaching queues for each exercise…in case you forget what you did with me during our session ;)

NUTRITION AND GROCERY LIST FOR HEALTHY WEIGHT LOSS

Cooking, as a busy mom, isn’t as easy as it used to be…that’s why your weight loss really starts with a smart grocery and with a little planning of quick and non-sugary meals.
